課程概述 |
It would introduce the New York Convention, the UNCITRAL Model Law, and various arbitration legislation and institutional rules and practices in the Asia-Pacific region (including Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Korea and Japan). |

課程目標 |
Course Description: This is an introductory course on international commercial arbitration. It will introduce basic concepts of arbitration law, rules and practice. The class is in lecture format, but active participation and questions are encouraged. Attendance in class is essential and is considered in your grade. No previous knowledge of arbitration is required.
Classes: The class will meet from 5:30 pm to 8:10 pm the week of Monday, 9 December 2019. The topics to be covered each day are detailed below.
